Cancellation Policy
Please review the following cancellation terms before submitting your booking request.
Cancellation fees
- Until 5:00 PM, 4 days before the experience: No cancellation fee
- After 5:00 PM, 4 days before, until 5:00 PM, 2 days before: 30% of the total experience fee
- After 5:00 PM, 2 days before, until 5:00 PM, 1 day before: 50% of the total experience fee
- After 5:00 PM on the day before, on the day of the experience, or in the event of a no-show: 100% of the total experience fee
All deadlines are based on Japan Standard Time.
Changes to your booking
Requests to change the date, time, number of participants, or experience details are subject to availability. Depending on the timing of the request, the cancellation fees above may apply.
Cancellation by the organizer
If the experience must be cancelled due to severe weather, venue conditions, instructor availability, safety concerns, or other unavoidable circumstances, we will offer either:
- A change to another available date, or
- A refund of any amount already paid
We are not responsible for additional expenses such as transportation, accommodation, or other travel-related costs.
Late arrival
If you arrive late, the experience may be shortened or treated as a same-day cancellation if it cannot be conducted safely or within the reserved time.
