Payment methods and payment timing will be provided after availability has been confirmed. Depending on the experience, payment may be made in advance, through an approved booking service, or at the venue.
Application and Booking
Submitting an inquiry or request form does not confirm a booking. A booking is confirmed only after availability has been checked and the customer has received a confirmation email.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees are applied according to the Cancellation Policy shown on this website.
Service Delivery
The experience will be provided on the confirmed date, time, and at the confirmed venue.
Changes or Cancellation by the Organizer
The organizer may change or cancel an experience due to weather, venue conditions, instructor availability, safety concerns, or other unavoidable circumstances.
Refunds
If an experience is cancelled by the organizer after payment has been made, the amount paid for the experience will be refunded or transferred to another available date. Additional travel-related expenses are not covered.
