About this experience
Experience authentic iaido and samurai culture on a traditional Noh stage in central Nagoya. Under the guidance of an experienced instructor, you will learn basic etiquette, posture and sword movements in a safe and welcoming setting. No previous martial arts experience is required.

Experience flow
1. Meet your instructor and receive a short introduction to iaido and samurai etiquette.
2. Learn basic posture, bowing and safe sword-handling movements.
3. Practice fundamental iaido movements on the traditional Noh stage.
4. Try a guided iaido sequence with individual support from the instructor.
5. Finish with a photo opportunity on the Noh stage.

Iaido instruction, use of training equipment, venue fee and photo opportunity.
What to bring and clothing
No special items are required. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows easy movement. Long skirts and tight clothing are not recommended.
